TUNA'S REEL SUBMISSION FORM
Please print out our reel submission form, complete it, and include it with any reels that you mail in for us to service. You can view it by clicking on the icon below. Our mailing address is on the form.
When you submit your reels to us, please pack your reels in a sturdy box with a good amount of packing material. Please leave all rod clamps at home. You can leave your line on the reels, or remove it before you mail them in. If you leave the line on the reels, please don't allow the end of the line to pass through the line guide carriage and wrap around the spool of the reel. Please just tie the line off around the handle so that it doesn't pass completely through the line guide carriage.
AS OF 10-1-20, WE NOW REQUIRE OUR CUSTOMERS TO EMAIL US BEFORE SENDING IN ANY REELS TO ENSURE THAT WE'RE STILL TAKING WORK IN, AND HAVE PARTS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR MODEL THAT YOU WOULD LIKE SERVICED.
ANY REELS MAILED IN WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT ARE SUBJECT TO BEING REFUSED AT DELIVERY IF WE'RE NOT TAKING IN WORK AT THE MOMENT.
