When submitting reels for us to repair, please make sure you fill out our reel repair submission form and submit it with your reels.
* AS OF 10-1-20, WE NOW REQUIRE OUR CUSTOMERS TO EMAIL US BEFORE SENDING IN ANY REELS TO ENSURE THAT WE'RE STILL TAKING WORK IN, AND HAVE PARTS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR MODEL THAT YOU WOULD LIKE SERVICED.  

ANY REELS MAILED IN WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT ARE SUBJECT TO BEING REFUSED AT DELIVERY IF WE'RE NOT TAKING IN WORK AT THE MOMENT.

WE'RE ALSO IMPOSING A 6 REEL SERVICE MAXMUM PER CUSTOMER MAIL IN AT THE MOMENT DUE TO PARTS AVAILABILITY, AND TRYING TO ACCOMODATE EVERYONE.
